Nobody had rental cars even though I had reservations. I called Elite and Juan Miguel was very nice, cheerful and accommodating. The place is Beautiful inside and out. The price they quote is what you get. Customer Service is a big thing to me as I work for the Houston, Texans. Michael waited on me and was cheery, polite and I was in and out quickly. Car is clean and beautiful. Looks and feels new. Would definitely continue using and refer to my friends and family.

Elite Rental cars have a great gas saving inventory with unlimited miles not only great on gas they are new fully loaded vehicles, they work with you and are very professional. They are easy to switch and trade models to fit your needs and budget. They even can help with over night or odd hrs pick up with lock boxes. I enjoyed the highlander and the tundra max .
